Loved the hotel! Florence decorated charm from lobby to room. Staff is the best! Will be back.

Breakfast was wonderful. Pastries, fruit, luncheon meat and cheeses. Staff went out of their way to set your table with your morning food choices, including freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee. Breakfast room was stunningly beautiful as is the entire hotel.

Lovely stay, just what we needed for a quick stay in Venice.

The hotel is in a great location, you feel very safe in the private entrance which is secure past 8pm Lovely feel to the hotel with friendly staff.

Beautiful Boutique Hotel in Florence. We would stay again!

Beautiful boutique hotel. Located 4 blocks from the Cathedral of Santa Maria. Our king room was nicely decorated and bathroom was clean, modern and spacious. Wonderful breakfast and service. Happy hour wine and snacks at 5pm everyday. Very nice place.

Super location, only five minute walk from Duomo. Staff were lovely and couldn't have been more helpful. Great breakfast, lots of options, served to your table. Complimentary happy hour drinks and snacks served which was lovely after lots of sightseeing.

Enjoyed the space, location, and people!

Very much enjoyed our stay! GREAT location, many sites (Uffizi, Accademia Galleries, shopping, restaurants) within walking distance. Hotel was quiet, staff welcoming. No pool but nice sitting spaces throughout, including a cozy terrace. Breakfast a nice start to the day!

Not a strong dislike, but a slight inconvenience - no soap or shower gel for use in shower.

A quaint oasis in a charming city!

The staff at the hotel, particularly Guilia and Bernadette, were friendly, helpful and always ready to help with any questions. Giulia was very knowledgeable about city restaurants and resources. We had a wonderful breakfast that was catered to our family every morning—fresh orange juice and cafes, no buffets with prepackaged options. In the evening, we had a wonderful quiet happy hour in a sun room away from the bustle of the day. Our room was a nice size for the three of us with a nice window and a large lovely bathroom. The staff often tried to help me speak my dated Italian. The hotel is centrally located and wonderful. Look no further, stay here!

Great location, comfortable and welcoming hotel

The staff was fabulous, very friendly, accommodating and provided great recommendations. Aneta was super helpful. Beyond the team our room was very comfortable and we appreciated the excellent A/C after some long warm days exploring Florence. We had an amazing view of the Duomo from our room as well. I’d definitely stay there again!
